The Services provide AI-powered business agents ("Agents") that can perform tasks such as booking appointments, answering customer inquiries, managing schedules, and other business operations on your behalf. By using these Agents, you understand that:
The Services include peer-to-peer (P2P) encrypted communication features. Messages and calls are transmitted directly between participants using WebRTC technology. We do not store the content of your P2P communications on our servers.
You agree not to use the Services to:
Certain features of the Services may require payment. If you choose to use paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

If you use the white-label branding features to customize your Agent's appearance, you represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, and branding materials you upload.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as calendar providers, email services, or payment processors). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myrax Core GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myrax Core GmbH and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
